We used Karen to take pictures and videos during our exec offsite at Horseshoe Bay Resort in Austin. She was super responsive from the beginning, accommodated our time slots, and showed up ahead of time. She came prepared with all the right equipment and was very professional and pleasant. A rare find is how I can best describe Karen. She's all about exceeding expectations in every aspect of her job and WOW is she lightning quick at offering assistance and responses to everything. Not to mention the photo turnaround time. Karen took my daughter's senior high school photo's Thursday evening, and I had near 60 pics to review at lunch on Sunday. My daughter was of course very anxious to see the pics so that was awesome. I normally really shop around for services, but this time I seriously had no need. Karen completely won me over during our first phone call. Just the fact that she wanted to talk on the phone was impressive. My daughter and I weren't totally sure on where to take the pics and Karen was great at helping us decide on a location that fit the type of photos we were interested in and that would work with our time schedule. She gave us a great number of tips upfront to help our shoot run smoothly---everything from wardrobe choices to sunscreen. My daughter now speaks so highly of Karen and truly enjoyed their conversations during the shoot (and believe me when I say my daughter was nervous going into this---she's never done anything like this before). Karen found lots to talk to my daughter about that helped make her feel relaxed and happy. So glad Karen was able to bring out my daughter's natural smile!!! Karen's price is also very reasonable---especially considering how available she has made herself to us. Plus, she took far more photos than I ever imagined, spent far more time with us than I ever expected and was always asking if we wanted more of anything or had any special requests. She never rushed us---which was wonderful. You feel like you're her top priority and that she wants to please you as much as possible 100% of the time. Now that we have digital pics Karen has been great in helping me through the process of deciding which to order as prints. Karen is professional, polite, a great listener, and just a really interesting person to spend time with. And of course she has a superb eye for finding interesting photo spots. Karen delivers the whole package--and that's very hard to find these days. The pics I have are beautiful and my daughter is a happy girl. She posted her favorites on Instagram real quick and is thrilled to have these photos as memories. I'm thrilled as well.

Karen Rowe did my son's senior photo shoot. The pictures came out better than I ever dreamed they could! She developed a comfortable rapport with our 18 year old which instantly put him at ease. I'll start by saying how friendly and informative Karen is. I heard about her through a family friend who holds the Austin Bridal Extravaganza. I told her my fiancé and I were looking for a photographer and she raved on and on about Karen. I got her contact information and sent Karen and e-mail. I got a very quick response and Karen wanted to meet me at my earliest convenience and discuss our visions. We were able to sit down and get all of our questions answers and of course chose her as our photographer for our engagement pictures and for our wedding (which haven't happened yet but is in the near future).
